Each member will be given a notebook. In it will be the bylaws of the club, a calendar for the year for meetings. Also rides and events, all members phone numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses. (If you do not want to be listed you will be omitted). This way you will have all of the info together. Jeff Z has agreed to send out post cards with info and any changes. Thanks Jeff.
Meetings will be no more than one hour unless other wise necessary.
If during our meetings a group of members are planning a ride or trip together they can meet after the meeting to make their plans.
This is our club. Let's have fun, we all work hard and I want members to look forward to the meetings.
In the cold months meetings will be at Gary's. In the riding months we will have a meeting with a ride to follow.
These are some of my ideas for change.. .let's hear yours.
